La temporada 8 de la serie "24" tiene un exitante nuevo miembro en el cast, con la forma de Katee Sackoff. La valiente y temperamental piloto espacial de la exitosa serie "Battlestar Galactica".

Según Entertainment Weekly, la estrella de Galactica, se va a unir al elenco como una analista de datos en la nueva e improvisada CTU de Nueva York. El personaje de la rubia Sackhoff es descrito como "con los pies en la tierra" y "altamente respetado", pero tiene algunos "esqueletos en el armario"

La temporada 8 comenzará en enero de 2010.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the Battlestar Galactica vet will join the cast next season as a data anaylist for the new and improved New York-based CTU. Sackhoff’s charecter, Dana Walsh will be in a relationship with another nee charecter, played by Freddie Prinze Jr. Her charecter is described as “down to earth” and “highly respected,” but has a “few skeletons in the closet.” The 8th season will start in january 2010.

La banda de música más importante de toda la historia ya tiene juego. Como no podía ser de otra manera, los inmortales Beatles tendrán su propia edición de ‘Rock Band’ con el juego que se llamará "The Beatles: Rock Band".

El anuncio se hizo oficial tras llegar a un acuerdo económico muy suculento las compañías Harmonix, creadores de Rock Band, MTV, los productores del juego, y Apple Corps, que son quienes tienen los derechos de la banda de Liverpool y que se van a llevar un enorme pedecito con todo esto.

The Beatles: Rock Band se lanzará de manera simultánea en Estados Unidos, Europa, Australia, Nueva Zelanda y otros mercados el día nueve de septiembre del 2.009 para las plataformas PS2, PS3, Wii y Xbox 360. Existirán diferentes ediciones, dando la posibilidad de elegir comprar sólo el juego y usar los instrumentos ya existentes y compatibles de ‘Rock Band’; o hacerlo en la edición limitada con instrumentos diseñados para la ocasión a imagen y semejanza de los que John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison y Ringo Starr usaron durante su carrera musical.

Es la primera vez en la historia que la música de The Beatles se usa en videojuegos.

El Wall Street Journal reveló datos sobre la trama de Toy Story 3  que se lanzará en Junio del 2010.

Según estas noticias, la 3ra parte del clásico de Pixar mostrará cómo el vaquero Woody y el resto de los juguetes de Andy acaban en una guardaría infantil, despues de que Andy crezca y entre en un colegio nuevo.

According to this news, the 3rd part of the Pixar´s classic shows how the cowboy Woody and the rest of Andy's toys ends in a keep children, after Andy grow and go into a new school.
